Perfect central location with the lake just a minute away! The room was super clean, warm, and cozy, and we even had a lovely view of the water. The staff was incredibly helpful and checked in on us often. Overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

An excellent spot for a budget-friendly stay. Clean accommodations, located just 1.5 km from the train station, and very helpful staff who go out of their way to assist. The lack of lifts may be a challenge, but the hospitality and efficiency of aides make it worthwhile. Ideal for exploring nearby attractions!

The hotel’s location is perfect, steps from the lake and restaurants. However, the bathroom fan can be quite noisy at night.

During my stay, the lack of staff presence was infuriating. I had to handle self check-out alone, which created unnecessary stress when trying to catch my train. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a reading light and had a poorly functioning air conditioning system that kept me awake at night.

Check-in seemed easy, but the absence of elevators turned out to be a hassle, especially with the room on the third floor. The air conditioning was unavailable during my stay, leaving me to deal with the heat alone. I've dealt with limited hot water schedules before, but here, I’d say the pressure was disappointingly weak, making a decent shower a challenge.

hard to believe this is advertised as a nice place. no reading light by the bed, and the A/C had the audacity to stop during the night. i expected at least a complimentary drink for such inconveniences, but alas, regular treatment all around. absolutely a shame, i almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

It was just a good pick for a cursory stop in Como with good price-value balance. They greeted us with a cold bottle of water and some snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check with them about the air conditioning schedule if you're sensitive to heat.

Such a fantastic place! The location is perfect, very close to the Cathedral, lake, and railway station. Friendly hosts greeted us with biscuits and snacks, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Despite the delightful ambiance, I found the bed uncomfortably hard, affecting my sleep quality. Noise from nearby restaurants was noticeable, particularly on weekends, which detracted from the peaceful experience.

Our stay was great! The location is perfect for accessing boat tours and dining options. We enjoyed good air conditioning in our clean room. Don’t miss activities at Villa d'Este Golf Club and Golf Club Monticello! The friendly staff also helped us with our luggage, making our time there really smooth.

One downside was the limited hours for hot water in the shower, which might catch you off guard if you’re not prepared.
